I
let go of the fear that what I have to say is worthless.
I let go of the fear that I am coming from the wrong
place. I know what I have to say is worthy. I know
where I am coming from now, totally and completely
and I am no longer afraid of saying the wrong thing.
I can only say how I feel. (And since I have integrated
the third circle into my being, no one will feel as
if they must believe my truth) I can always speak
up for that if someone challenges me, but I never
attack for the sake of my truth. Nor do I control
for the sake of my truth. On one side of the coin,
in the Third Circle, my truth is what I would love
to be my truth. On the other, I know it is my truth,
so if I am attacked, challenged, or controlled, I
can speak up for myself.
CaN
#2 - I am Free to do as I wish.
Balanced with - I am always responsible for my actions
I
have the One will within me. I can DO whatever I wish,
as I know I am a being of Good and Love. I therefore
dedicate myself to doing what I Love at all times,
with no exceptions. I do not ever let anyone else
decide for me how it is best for me to be, nor do
I make excuses about why I am unable to do as I wish.
The choice is mine. I free my will to do as I love
to do. And in this, I am ALWAYS responsible for my
actions. I do not blame my actions on anyone else,
including God.
I
know that the world wants to see the great part of
me. People really do want to see me shine. People
do want to see how good I can be, and how talented
I can be. Being myself, I can bring so much good to
whatever I do and whoever I am with. There is no shame
in this. So I allow myself to be and to do. There
is no reason not to.
CaN
#3 - I do not deny anyone's right to Be.
I
do not judge how someone is, for that would be saying
that how they are is Bad. This negates them and denies
their right to existence. My will is not greater than
any other's will on Earth. I have the same will, because
we were all granted the gift of choice and we were
all created by God. I always respect another's choice,
for it is their choice. I give up the need to make
choices for others. I give up the need to have power
over or control over any other. I let people be free
to choose for themselves. I let people be free to
be as they are.
The balance is that I may always say how I feel and
that doesn't mean conflicts never arise. I do what
I love to do, and I let people do what they love to
do. I simply do not impose my will over another if
we differ, but I always allow myself to create what
I love and to speak up for what I wish to be true.
This CaN contains the third of the Three
Major Delusions.

#4 - I give up all control.
I
do not do a thing (in a trying sense).
I let go of control within my Being. I stop challenging
myself and get out of my own way. Things are happening
as I have wished them. I allow the Divine to enter
me. This is balanced with knowing that it is me who
carries out the tasks I wish to do.

#5 - I let myself feel totally and completely.
I
release the resistance of the feelings of my emotions
and the feelings within my physical body. I allow
this to occur in harmony with CaN #4.
