Copyright, represented by the ©© symbol,
is a new principle stating of
EveryNationLand that all
knowledge (with the ©© symbol) is free
for all to see, use, and share. If
someone does use this knowledge, they must simply give ©redit
where ©redit is due by quoting, giving reference, making it
clear where they are taking the knowledge from, or by giving
back a %age of moneys earned by using the knowledge to sell a
product. There is no legal process necessary. This is an honor
system. Everyone may use this knowledge to help themselves
and others. We, of Every Nation Land, feel that by sharing knowledge
freely, people will feel grateful and will give ©redit where ©redit
is due. |

Every Nation Land
will be sharing information (especially in the
Friluv Token area) that is very special
so that all people can create from this
information. And so we encourage Nutopians to use it, show it, build it and sell
it, so that others may use it, because those things shared in
Every Nation Land bring life and
healing, and the more we make those things, the better off we are.
All people can build something with this knowledge for
themselves and others.
If other people who
are not yet Nutopians wish to use this agreement, they may by
applying the ©© symbol next to their work, poetry, information,
book, music, video, etc.
If someone who is not in Every Nation Land
takes the knowledge and builds something from it, and makes
money doing so without sharing, it is a breach of
the ©© agreement - but at least they
are selling something which is made to help people. So their
breach will not be enforced. However, their
business will work better if it is shared in harmony with the ©©
agreement, because all people will
know they're coming from a space of sharing and wishing to help
all people.
A person
may never patent any ©©
knowledge to own it, for it is Universal and
belongs to all people. They will hear a great protest from
Nutopians if things with the ©© stamp
are used by others in a way which is opposite to the free way in
which they got the knowledge, and tries to keep others from
using this knowledge freely. The person or company hording will go into the Boo Area, which we hope will be
empty. None may control knowledge by patenting it and keeping
it secret or exclusively "owned" - we will ensure this by continuing to make the
wondrous things which the ©© made available as much as possible and by not listening to any
Law which supports restricting the knowledge to one or a few, rather
than the many. Such a Law just doesn't make sense anymore.
We are grateful for this working together and it
makes real sense at this time to do it. And remember, once this
Plan heals the World, there will be no more need for this or any
other structure of definition.
